Tysheya “Tye” DuBose is a Sacramento native and a Compassionate Visionary, led by faith, fueled by purpose, and committed to empowering others. In the church, she stands faithfully as First Lady Tye of Future Community Church, where she serves alongside her husband of 25 years, Pastor Stefon DuBose, as they work together to equip and inspire the next generation of bold, faith-filled leaders. In the professional and coaching space, she is known as Coach Tye, a Certified Life Coach and founder of Push Through Sis Ministries, LLC, where she empowers women and girls, starting at age 12, and families to heal, grow, and lead purposeful lives.

She is a proud and devoted mother to Melvin, Nely, Nailah, and Aniyah, grandmother (Mimi) to Ezra, daughter, sister, friend, and trusted community leader.

Her mission is deeply personal. During her senior year of high school, she witnessed the tragic murder of her 15-year-old brother, a life-altering moment that birthed a calling to help others find strength and purpose through their pain. Whether she is mentoring a teen, coaching a mother, or speaking life into a room full of women, her story reminds others that healing is possible.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tysheya serves as a Senior Program Manager at CommonSpirit Health, leading with both strategy and compassion. Her professional impact reflects the same principles that guide her ministry: equity, excellence, and empathy.

She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, representing her commitment to both spiritual depth and leadership development.

In 2020, at the height of the global pandemic, she launched Push Through Sis Ministries, LLC, a movement dedicated to helping women rise with Strength, Faith, and Purpose, one push at a time. Through workshops, mentorship, and coaching, Coach Tye continues to equip women and girls to overcome obstacles and walk boldly in their divine calling.

Rooted in love for God, her family, and her community, First Lady Tye leads with authenticity, wisdom, and grace. Her favorite scripture, Proverbs 14:1, “A wise woman builds her house…”, is the foundation of her life’s work: to build, uplift, and live on purpose—with purpose.
